Rush Shipping For Pipe Hardware

If your order consists of pipe hardware, by paying for this surcharge we will prioritize your shipment and it will ship the next business day. Drapes or linen items that require production will not ship the same time as your pipes.

Need your order fast? Our rush production service ensures your items are produced and shipped as quickly as possible. Standard production timelines are designed to maintain quality, but we understand that some events demand quicker turnarounds. The rush production fee covers the additional resources and priority handling required to accelerate your order.

• What It Includes: Prioritized handling, expedited production, and close coordination with our team to meet your required timeline.
• Eligibility: Rush production is available based on capacity and product availability. Contact us to confirm if rush production is possible for your order.
• Fees: Calculated based on order size and requested timeline.

If we cannot meet the requested rush timeframe, the rush production fee will be fully refunded. We’ll communicate promptly if your order cannot meet the expedited timeline, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

Production Time is 3 to 4 Business Days for cut-to-order items.

Shipping Time: Depending on location, ranges between 1 day to 5 business days. We ship out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pickup: Yes, free of charge, in our Los Angeles warehouse. Choose pickup option upon checkout.

Free Shipping: Will take up to 14 business days total for delivery. If you have an event in 10 days, please don't choose this option and choose an upgraded shipping option such as FedEx Ground.
