We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're ordering linens (tablecloths, overlays, runners, napkins, or drapes), we recommend purchasing a fabric swatch or if you want a larger piece, purchase fabric by the yard to ensure it meets your expectations.

Order Processing & Production Time
Most of our fabric products, including tablecloths, overlays, runners, and napkins, drapery, are custom-made to order. Production begins the next business day after your order is placed and typically takes up to 4 business days. Estimated production times are listed with each product.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your final quantities, guest count, and table count before submitting your order.

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are custom or cut-to-order and cannot be returned:

  • Tablecloths, napkins, overlays, and table runners

  • Chair covers, sashes, and chair bands

  • Drapes, ceiling drapes, and fabric by the yard

  • Swatches, showroom hangers, and color cards

  • Table and stage skirts

  • Spandex table linens and trash can covers

  • Steel transport and storage racks

Returnable Items:
The following items are eligible for return as they are in-stock items:

  • Charger plates

  • Flatware/cutlery

  • Pipe hardware (uprights, crossbars, bases)

  • Flower walls

  • Approval and Restocking Fee - All returns require prior approval and are subject to a 45% restocking fee. Items must be returned in brand-new condition, in their original packaging. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or traceable in our warehouse.

  • Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for arranging the return via UPS or FedEx and covering all return shipping costs.

  • Refund Processing - Once returned items are received and inspected by our Returns Department, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 days.

  • Promotional Shipping - For orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, the original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

  • Non-Returnable Items - Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been washed, used, or damaged.

Digital Color Disclaimer
Screen colors may vary from the actual fabric color. We recommend ordering a sample for accurate color matching.

Color Dye Lot Variation
A color variation of up to 10% is considered normal due to the dyeing process. Urquid Linen does not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges based on these differences. If you need to match a previous order, we recommend contacting our sales team to request samples from the current dye lot.

Inventory Stock Levels
Our online inventory is not updated in real-time, so stock availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated restock date or alternative options. Rush shipping may be available for urgent orders.

Irregularities in Finished Products
All products are cut, sewn, and made to order. Minor irregularities of up to 5% in size, color, or design may occur during the manufacturing process and are considered normal.

For example, a tablecloth might be slightly larger or smaller than the listed size, the fabric color could vary slightly from a previous batch due to dye lot differences, or patterns like stripes may not align perfectly at the seams during stitching.

We make every effort to minimize these irregularities by using the best techniques and methods in our production process. However, minor irregularities can still occur, and they are considered acceptable. As such, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or discounts.

Coupon Codes
Urquid Linen occasionally offers monthly coupon codes for additional discounts. These codes may expire at any time without prior notice and are limited to one use per customer or company per month. Discounts apply only to wholesale and retail-priced items and cannot be used on already discounted or clearance/closeout products. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Washing & Maintenance
Urquid Linen recommends dry cleaning for the best care of your specialty linens. If you choose to clean them yourself, test the fabric first before washing, drying, or steaming. We are not responsible for damage caused during cleaning. Each fabric is unique and may require specific care instructions, so testing is strongly recommended.

Closeout Products
Items listed in the closeout section are limited in quantity, and samples are not available. Closeout items may be seconds, have minor fabric flaws, or slight defects. All closeout sales are final and not covered by our satisfaction guarantee. Stock levels are not guaranteed; if an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item. Closeout items are final sale with no exceptions.

  • E-Checks & Paper Checks: Orders will be processed once the payment clears our bank.

  • Wire Transfers: Accepted for orders over $10,000 USD. Wire transfer details will be provided by your sales representative after order confirmation.

  • Purchase Orders: Available for government agencies, including schools, colleges, and universities. Please email your purchase order for term billing (Net 15).
