FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING PROMOTION - Orders with this promotion are not priority orders and can exceed the standard production times. Customers take advantage of getting the shipping cost waived in exchange for extended time for delivery. Your order will ship for delivery by the 13th business day or sooner. Please note certain exclusions apply such as over-weight items, over-sized items, fragile items, and also your particular delivery address can also void the free shipping promo. If your order falls under any of these exclusions then a sales representative will contact to go over it and provide alternative solutions.

EXCLUDED PRODUCTS - Certain products are excluded from this promotion due to there unique nature such as being over-weight, over-sized, fragile, etc. Example of excluded products are various Pipe & Drape Kits, Fixed & Adjustable Uprights, Regular and Circle Crossbars (Drape Support), Steel and Rubber Bases, Trade Show Booths, Various Storage Carts, Hedge Walls, Stanchion and more.

DELIVERY TIMES - The shipping promo ensures that we'll do our to ship your items for delivery by the 13th business day or sooner. Once the product ships we are no longer responsible for the package/s, delays, or damages that might occur with the shipping carrier. If you need your order delivered sooner you must select and pay for a faster shipping shipping method. This information is available during the checkout process or you can contact us at 800-590-9508.

DELAYS OR DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING - Urquid Linen is not responsible for any delays during the shipping process. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems. It can also take longer to arrive than the transit time quoted by a shipping company without being considered “late.” It's common that your order can be shipped as a multi-piece shipment and it's possible for a multi-piece shipment to become separated during shipping with parts of your order being delivered at different times. If you're in a rush and must have your order by a certain date, we strongly recommending paying for a faster shipping method and allowing adequate time in case of delays. STANDARD SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

TURNAROUND TIME - If a standard shipping method is selected then you're order will ship within 5 business days or sooner. Certain in stock items can ship as soon as 1-2 business days. Made-To-Order or Larger Order items can take 3-5 business days before we ship your order. Some items can take longer depending on the complication of the sewing, manufacturing, packaging, etc. If your order is a rush and is needed by a certain date, please make sure to contact us immediately after placing your order to best your chances of receiving them on time.

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTIONS

FedEx GROUND - Ships within 3-4 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days (depending on your area). Total duration until order is delivered is approx. 6-9 Business Days.

For Example: West Coast customers will receive order sooner than customers in the East Coast.

FedEx EXPRESS SAVER Ships within 3-4 business days and delivery time is 3 business days. Total duration until order is delivered is approx. 6-7 Business Days.

FedEx 2 DAY Ships within 3-4 business days and delivery time is 2 business days. Total duration until order is delivered is approx. 5-6 Business Days.

FedEx STANDARD OVERNIGHT - Ships within 3-4 business days and delivery time is 1 business days. Total duration until order is delivered is approx. 4-5 Business Days.

FedEx PRIORITY OVERNIGHT Ships within 3-4 business days and delivery time is 1 business days (by noon or sooner). Total duration until order is delivered is approx. 4-5 Business Days.

SWATCH ORDER SHIPPING - Swatches are usually shipped via First Class Mail which can take up to 4-7 Business Days. Please expedite if time is sensitive.

INTERNATINOAL CUSTOMERS - Urquid Linen offers substantial discounted rates on international shipments vs stand list prices. Contact us for more info.

HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & ALASKA SHIPPING - We usually ship via 2Day express for cheaper rates. Priority is usually next day service to most areas.

We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible. shipping delays can occasionally occur through no fault of Urquid Linen due to inclement weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen problems. It can also take longer to arrive than the transit time quoted by a shipping company without being considered “late.” It's common that your order can be shipped as a multi-piece shipment and it's possible for a multi-piece shipment to become separated during shipping with parts of your order being delivered at different times. When your order has shipped, we will email or text you your shipment tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your order during the shipping process. If your order is a rush order let us know and we will quote you an expedited shipping rate. Urquid linen will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates on ground shipments or the performance of third parties including, but not limited to, shipping companies. In the event, an expedited shipment is delayed our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the shipping charges paid by you and is subject to approval of of a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed and you choose to refuse your shipment or to return your order, it will be treated as a return under the terms stated below. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Purchaser agrees that all shipments are FOB Shipping Point (Ex Works for orders shipped outside the United States of America)

Loss during shipping

When your shipment arrives, confirm that you are receiving the exact number of boxes that are stated on the delivery receipt, before accepting it. Should all or part of your shipment be lost in transit, promptly contact us at orders@urquidlinen.com, and we will initiate a trace on your order. Be aware, if you accept your shipment without noting the shortage, Urquid Linen cannot be held responsible for the loss or shortage. You must save the original packaging in the event the shipping company chooses to inspect it. Promptly contact us at orders@urquidlinen.com to notify us and include a copy of the shipping receipt. Upon receipt of your email, we will quickly review your claim. If your claim has been approved with the shipping carrier, we will ship a replacement order to you.

Damage during shipping

If your order is damaged during shipping note the damage on the shipping receipt before signing it. Or if the package is delivered to your door, you are responsible to document all damaged items (product and packaging) and must notify us within 1 business day. You must save the original packaging in the event the shipping company chooses to inspect it. Be aware, if you accept your shipment without noting the damage on the delivery receipt, Urquid Linen cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage. Document the damage with photographs. Promptly contact us at orders@urquidlinen.com to notify us. Include a copy of the shipping receipt (if applicable) together with your pictures documenting the damage. Upon receipt of your email we will promptly review your claim, and if it has been properly documented, we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the claim is approved we will ship a replacement order.

Concealed damage

Although rare, it is possible for your shipment to be damaged even if the packaging remains intact. When your shipment arrives, inspect it promptly to determine if it has been damaged. If it has been damaged, photograph the damage together with the packaging and contact us at orders@urquidlinen.com within 1 business days of the receipt of the shipment. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly review your claim, and if it has been properly documented we will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. If the claim is approved we will ship a replacement order.

Concealed shortage

If you notice something missing from your order, contact us at orders@urquidlinen.com to document the shortage within 3 business days of the receipt of the shipment. Photograph the packaging and include the photographs with your request. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly review your claim, and if approved, we will ship your missing items.
