HOW THE UPRIGHT WORKS? The slip-lock collar assembly locks automatically when the inner pole is raised vertically to the desired height. As a vertical load is applied downward, the ball-taper lock feature locks tighter. The more pressure applied downward the tighter it will lock. To release lock, simply raise the inner pole slightly and lift the release ring.  For safety, hold the inner pole firmly while raising or lowering the height.

HOW THE CROSSBAR WORKS? Drape support can be used at any length between fully collapsed and maximum stop length. Drape Support can be used at button stops or anywhere in between. Pull the inner crossbar until your desired width, it's that simple.

SAMPLES: We offer a variety of sample options such as swatches, color charts, table linens with no minimums.

FABRICATION: This product is cut & sewn in the USA with imported fabrics (Fabric county of origin: China). Our turnaround time is approximately 2-3 business days. Rush production available, contact us at 310-909-8785.

SEWING FINISH: Edges are sewn with a surged edge unless upgraded to a hem stitch. Contact us for custom requests.

COLOR POLICY: All fabric shades are subject to dye lot variations. Orders for the same item placed at various times may differ in shade due to changes in dye lots. If you are unsure about a color, please order a swatch to confirm the recent dye lot matches with your existing inventory.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES: This package has CUT TO ORDER products and is a final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Shipping & Production Time

Production Time is 3 to 4 Business Days for cut-to-order items.

Shipping Time: Depending on location, ranges between 1 day to 5 business days. We ship out of Los Angeles, CA.

Pickup: Yes, free of charge, in our Los Angeles warehouse. Choose pickup option upon checkout.

Free Shipping: Will take up to 14 business days total for delivery. If you have an event in 10 days, please don't choose this option and choose an upgraded shipping option such as FedEx Ground.

Rush Orders: No problem! We love to accommodate however we still need to factor in production time. Please make sure to upgrade shipping upon checkout. For a faster production time, please contact our office.
