Our products are made to the highest quality standards, most right here in our Los Angeles, CA factory, and we'll do whatever we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our fabric, workmanship and turnaround time - if any of these don't meet your expectation, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

RETURN POLICY

All items that contain fabric are cut to order items and considered a final sale and non-refundable. (example. Tablecloths, chair covers, sashes, overlays, runners, drapes, fabric by yard, swatches, showroom hangers ...)
Urquid Linen will accept returns for certain products only if it is returned to us, freight prepaid within 5 days of the date you receive them. We must be notified of any return. All approved returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by your sales rep. Unauthorized returns are subject to 50% restocking fee. 
- All approved returns will be subject to 35% restocking fee and must be returned brand new, in original packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned.
- All approved refunds will be made with a store credit only.
- All claims with damages can only be replaced or repaired with the same fabric & color.
- All claims for credit, shortages, dissatisfaction and/or damages must be placed within 5 days within receipt of merchandise.
- Initial shipping charges are considered NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event that Urquid Linen shipped you the wrong items.
- Return orders that qualified for free shipping will not be refunded the initial shipping cost or handling fee.
- Shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or merchandise is defective. We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail.
- We cannot be responsible for defects or damages caused by customer error such as improper laundering or ordering an incorrect size.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to color variances among different monitors and other electronic display devices, the colors you see on your screen may not match the actual color in person. There are many variables that can effect how a color is displayed when viewing it as a digital image - Such as the type of lighting (natural vs artificial), the device or camera used, or even the settings of your display (brightness, contract, colors, etc). 
For true color comparison we strongly recommend ordering a Sample Swatch before you place your order.  

ORDER PRODUCTION TIME

We review every order for accuracy and one of our representatives may contact you if we have any questions or concerns. It can take up to 1 business day for us to review and process your order. All linens are custom cut to order and the production time varies from 3-4 business days.

FABRIC DYE LOTS

We are not responsible for dye lot variations in any fabric product. We can not guarantee the same dye on re-orders. All dyed fabrics will have shade variations so if you are trying to match a previous shade, it is your responsibility to make sure to order a swatch of the current dye lot. 

ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

All linen orders (excluding economy line) are custom cut to order and production normally begins one business day after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled, altered or changed after one business day from your order date.

OUT OF STOCK

Due to a vast selection of fabric styles, colors and sizes our inventory online is not "LIVE" therefore stock levels are not guaranteed. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, our production coordinator will contact you with ETA on the fabric. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sales are final on the closeout items, fabric yardage orders, color charts & swatches. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

IRREGULARITIES FOR FINISHED PRODUCTS

All goods are cut, sewn and manufactured per order. During the manufacturing process, certain irregularities of up to 5% can occur and are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process. These irregularities can affect anything from the products size, color, or design. For example, a linen might be slightly larger or shorter in size, the dye of a particular color might not match a previous batch, or a design can also be off or not lined up perfectly during seaming. We do our very best to manage and avoid these irregularities, and use only the best  techniques and methods to manufacture our goods, however, irregularities can still occur and they're considered acceptable and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or discounts.

MANUFACTURING GUARANTEE

Urquid Linen covers only the manufacturing of linen made by Urquid Inc. This does not warrant a guarantee of the fabric, but rather the tailoring of final product. Warrants to the original purchaser that the qualifying product tailoring will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during that period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, simply contact Urquid Inc. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, fabric imperfections, washing, ironing and exposure to the elements are not covered the responsibility of Urquid Inc. All shipping costs to send and receive the product for repairs will be the purchasers responsibly and not of Urquid Inc.

LIFETIME SEAM GUARANTEE

We use the highest quality threading and techniques to ensure our seams can last a linen lifetime. We’re so confident in our work that we offer an industry leading “Lifetime Seam Guarantee”

Our Lifetime Seam Guarantee ensures that we’ll repair your seams if they’re to ever open. This does imply that your linens must be cared for properly and some restrictions apply. Below are important notes regarding our Lifetime Seam Guarantee.

  • The length of coverage you’ll have per linen is up to 2 years from the purchase date. This is considered a linen lifetime and can not be extended. If your linens are cared for properly then your seams should never open after the initial use. In case it does and it’s within 2 years, we’ll cover it!
  • You’re allowed a total of 2 seam repairs per linen. Our seams are reinforced so if a seam is to open more than once - that would indicate they’re not being cared for probably. Please note you must use a dry-cleaning service to ensure your linens are cleaned in the proper way.
  • When repairs are needed, we would first need to contact us to initiate a repair ticket. You can reach us at 800-590-9508 or email us at reparis@urquidlinen.com. Please have order number and photos of your open seams when requesting a repair.
  • Once we approve the repair request you can then ship us the linens. Repairs can take up to 7 business days until they’re ready to be shipped back. You are responsible for all shipping costs – both to send and receive (we’re happy to provide our discounted shipping rates to help).

COUPON CODES

Urquid Linen may issue monthly coupon codes to provide additional discounts. Coupon Codes can expire at any time without notice. Monthly coupon codes are limited to one use per customer or company per month. Savings are applied to wholesale and retail priced items only. Discounts can not be applied to already discounted or clearance/closeout products or applied after an order is placed.

WASHING & MAINTENANCE

Urquid Linen recommends dry cleaning as the preferred method to wash and care for your linens. If you choose to wash your goods yourself, please make sure that you test your goods prior to washing/drying/steaming or any other maintenance process that is performed. Urquid Linen is not responsible for products damaged through any maintenance or cleaning process. Clients are advised to thoroughly test the material they are purchasing to avoid possible damage during cleaning and maintenance. Please keep in mind that each fabric is unique and can require it's own unique instructions for the best wash possible.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We ship most our items via FedEx and you can choose your shipping methods upon checkout. Shipments over 300lbs may be shipped via Freight.
Please order as EARLY as possible. Shipping delays can occur occasionally due to weather, courier delay and other problems. It can also take longer for shipments to arrive than the transit time quoted by shipping company without it being considered "late." 
When your order has shipped, we will email you your shipment tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your order during the shipping process.
Urquid Linen will not be held responsible for missed delivery dates on ground shipments or the performance of third parties including, but not limited to, shipping companies. In the event, an expedited shipment is delayed our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the shipping charges paid by you.

DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING

If your order is damaged in transit, make sure the shipping company notes the shipment damaged upon delivery and prior to you signing for the package. We encourage taking photos of the damaged package and you must save the original carton in the event the shipping courier chooses to inspect it. Please note if you accept the shipment without noting the damage on the delivery receipt, the claim will not be approved by the shipping company.

FREE SHIPPING PROMO

Our free shipping promo is available for purchases of $249 or more. This is not a priority service, and it will take 10 business days til your order is shipped out. Our free shipping promo is only available for states within the contiguous United States. You will also be charged a packaging & handling fee when the promotion is used. Your shipping In the event your order does not qualify for Free Shipping because of rush service, we will contact you with an adjustment total for your approval before processing your order. If you have any questions about our Free Shipping policies, please call us.

HANDLING FEE

If you select the Free Shipping promo a Packaging and Handling Fee will still be charged. However, the actual shipping cost will be waived. Below is a breakdown of Handling Fees vs Order total.

OVERSIZE & LIFT-GATE FEE

Oversize: All items exceeding 96" in length will be charges a $125 oversize fee upon checkout.  
Lift-gateIs not included in freight shipments and is considered optional. Freight shipments that require a lift gate upon delivery will be charged $100 additional.

Free shipping orders are not priority orders, customers take advantage because they allow extended time for delivery. Can take up to 7-10 business days for your order to ship out.

FEDEX GROUND

Ships within 3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Total duration 4-8 Business Days. West Coast customers will receive order sooner than customers in the East Coast.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are proud to say we have a heavy international shipping volume, which we honor our shipping discounts to you. We offer 70% discount on international orders.

HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & ALASKA SHIPPING

We usually ship via 2Day express for cheaper rates however we do have freight options for larger orders. Priority is usually next day service to most areas.

TARIFF PRICE INCREASE NOTIFICATION

Due to the U.S. government's additional 25% tariff increase that was implemented on 05/10, we are compelled to increase our pricing by 10% site wide. This increase is to off-set the additional cost to import manufacturing goods such as fabrics and metals. The price changes will be effective 05/14 and will be on going until the tariffs are removed. We've done our best to be as fair to our clients as possible while we try to manage the changes that are currently effecting the economic landscape. Any quotes or previous set pricing will also reflect these price changes moving forward (no exceptions). We value our clients business and appreciate they're understanding through these challenging times.
