How to Customize Your Kit:

✔ Choose Your Width (Number of Sections) – The number of sections determines the overall width of your setup. See chart below for to see what's included.
For example:
• 1 Section Kit – Includes 1 crossbar, 2 uprights, and 2 bases (adjustable from 7’-12’ wide).
• 4 Section Kit – Includes 4 crossbars (each 7’-12’ wide), 5 uprights, and 5 bases for a continuous, extended backdrop.
• 10 Section Kit – Includes 10 crossbars, 11 uprights, and 11 bases, creating a massive event display.

* Our 8' Fixed Upright is designed to break apart from the middle to create (2) two pieces for convenient storage and transportation. This also helps avoid over-sized fees during shipping.
** Any items that can not be packaged at 8' (96") in length or less, will include a $75.00 FedEx Over-Sized Fee in it's price. This fee is assessed by FedEx to accommodate the over-sized length of the package and is already included in the price.
ARE DRAPES INCLUDED?

WEIGHT CAPACITY?
Our Adjustable Uprights and Crossbars (Drape Supports) are rated to carry 50 pounds (22.65kg) evenly distributed per Crossbar (Drape Support). This weight rating is per 7'-12' width or crossbar. Each additional section of 7'-12' width can support its own 50 pounds.
SHIPPING / TURNAROUND TIME
This product can take up to 2-3 business days until it ships and is not eligible for the Free Economy Shipping promo. You can view available shipping rates during checkout. Contact us for rush orders.

Shipping & Production Time
Production Time is 3 to 4 Business Days for cut-to-order items.
Shipping Time: Depending on location, ranges between 1 day to 5 business days. We ship out of Los Angeles, CA.
Pickup: Yes, free of charge, in our Los Angeles warehouse. Choose pickup option upon checkout.
Free Shipping: Will take up to 14 business days total for delivery. If you have an event in 10 days, please don't choose this option and choose an upgraded shipping option such as FedEx Ground.
Rush Orders: No problem! We love to accommodate however we still need to factor in production time. Please make sure to upgrade shipping upon checkout. For a faster production time, please contact our office.

Safety Disclaimer
Uprights may require additional reinforcements for stability (such as sandbags, attachment to a stable structure, etc.). Those assembling the uprights will bear the responsibility of deeming when additional reinforcement is necessary.
Crossbars enter a slot on the upright and gravity will weigh it down to settle the structure in place. It is the responsibility of those assembling the crossbars to determine if they require additional reinforcements, such as a zip tie or tie downs, to ensure greater stability.
