The slip-lock collar assembly automatically locks when the inner pole is raised to the desired height. As downward pressure is applied, the ball-taper locking mechanism tightens to secure the upright.
To release the lock, slightly raise the inner pole and lift the release ring. For safety, always hold the inner pole firmly while adjusting the height.

Ordering Hardware with Drapes? Drapery panels are made to order and generally require 3 to 4 business days for production. When drapes and hardware are ordered together, the entire order will generally be held and shipped together once the drapes are ready.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on eligible pipe and drape hardware items. However, due to the size, shape, weight, and special packaging requirements of these products, round trip shipping can be costly.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because our pipe and drape hardware requires specialized packaging for safe transportation, opened items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are nonrefundable. A restocking fee will also apply to approved returns.
