🚛 PRODUCTION TIME
Pipe and drape hardware is generally an in stock item and typically ships as soon as possible. If you need your order sooner, alternative shipping or pickup arrangements may be available.
Ordering Hardware with Drapes? Drapery panels are made to order and generally require 3 to 4 business days for production. When drapes and hardware are ordered together, the entire order will generally be held and shipped together once the drapes are ready.
If you are working with a tight deadline, please call us before ordering. Our team can review your event date and explain the best way to proceed, which may include separate shipments, expedited production, or other available options.
Los Angeles Pickup Pipe and drape hardware can generally be arranged for same day or next business day pickup from our Los Angeles location, depending on availability and order size.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on eligible pipe and drape hardware items. However, due to the size, shape, weight, and special packaging requirements of these products, round trip shipping can be costly.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Because our pipe and drape hardware requires specialized packaging for safe transportation, opened items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the original shipping charges are nonrefundable. A restocking fee will also apply to approved returns.

It is the installer’s responsibility to ensure all hardware is properly assembled, secured, and used as intended. The installer must evaluate the installation area, intended use, surrounding conditions, and take any additional precautions necessary to maintain a safe and stable setup.
Uprights & Bases Depending on the height, drapery weight, location, surface, and surrounding conditions, uprights may require additional reinforcement or stabilization. This may include sandbags, additional weights, tie downs, securing the system to an appropriate stable structure, or other suitable methods. The installer is responsible for determining when additional stabilization is necessary.
Crossbars Crossbars are designed to connect into the designated slots on the uprights and settle into position. Depending on the installation and application, additional securing methods such as zip ties, safety ties, or tie downs may be appropriate to provide greater stability and help prevent accidental movement or disconnection.
Every installation is different. The person or company assembling and using the hardware is responsible for determining the appropriate setup and level of reinforcement required for their specific application.
Always inspect all hardware before use and never use damaged, improperly assembled, or unstable equipment.
