Charger plates and cutlery items are generally an in stock item and typically ships as soon as possible. If you need your order sooner, alternative shipping or pickup arrangements may be available.
Ordering Chargers / Cutlery with cut to order items? Other items made to order generally require 3 to 4 business days for production. When linens and charger plates / cutlery are ordered together, the entire order will generally be held and shipped together once the linens are ready.

These natural differences are considered normal and are part of the unique character of handmade products.
If you are adding to a previous order, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee an exact color match to items purchased at an earlier date, as different production runs may have slight variations.
For larger events or projects where consistency is especially important, we recommend ordering the full quantity needed at the same time whenever possible.
Minor color or finish variations are not considered defects.
