SHIPPING & HANDLING: We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders of $249 (delivery will take up to 10 business days - excludes handling fees) Expedited shipping options available upon checkout.
COLOR POLICY: All fabric shades are subject to dye lot variations. Orders for the same item placed at various times may differ in shade due to changes in dye lots. If you are unsure about a color, pleaseorder a swatchto confirm the recent dye lot matches with your existing inventory.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: This item is CUT TO ORDER product therefore we do not accept returns.

Most cut to order items are produced within 3 to 4 business days. Need it sooner? Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
Please note that unusually large orders, such as 500 tablecloths or 5,000 napkins, may require additional production time. If your order is time sensitive or exceptionally large, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can confirm the production timeline.

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders ship from our Los Angeles, California warehouse.
Need it sooner? Choose an upgraded shipping service at checkout. Remember, shipping time is in addition to production time.

Our Free Shipping option may take up to 14 business days total for production and delivery.
If your event is coming up soon, we recommend choosing an upgraded shipping option such as FedEx Ground or faster rather than Free Shipping.

Many of our products are made specifically for your order and offered at wholesale pricing. This allows us to provide a wide selection of sizes, colors, and styles at competitive prices.
Not sure about the color or fabric? We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing your full order. Samples are available at a minimal cost and are a great way to see and feel the color and quality in person, especially since colors can look different on a screen.
Most of our polyester linens are made for repeated use and laundering. They can generally be machine washed and professionally pressed, including with higher temperatures when appropriate for the fabric and cleaning process.
Specialty Fabrics Need a Little Extra Love 💕
Specialty, delicate, textured, printed, or embellished fabrics may require special care and may react differently to heat, washing, drying, steaming, or pressing.
For these fabrics, we strongly recommend testing your complete cleaning process on a swatch or one linen first before cleaning your entire order.
When in doubt, test it out! Every fabric is different, and a quick test can go a long way. 😊

A Quick Note About Color
We do our best to show our fabrics as accurately as possible, but colors and textures can look a little different in person depending on your screen, device, and display settings.
Fabric colors can also vary slightly from one dye lot to another. If you're trying to match a previous order or something you already have, we recommend ordering a current swatch first.
Not sure about the color? We’ve made it easy! Look for the “BUY A SWATCH” option below the Add to Cart button. For just a small cost, you can see and feel the fabric in person before placing your order. 😊
✂️ LINEN SEAMS
Tablecloths larger than actual fabric width will have seams due to fabric width limitations. While we strive to minimize visible seams, larger tablecloth sizes will require joining multiple fabric panels. All seams are sewn and positioned strategically to maintain durability and aesthetic appeal.
Seam placement and appearance may vary depending on fabric type, size etc. Seams do not affect the quality, functionality, or longevity of the tablecloth. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that some tablecloths may contain seams. If you have specific seam preferences or concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
