We review every order for accuracy and one of our representatives may contact you if we have any questions or concerns. It can take up to 1 business day for us to review and process your order. All linens are custom cut to order and the production time varies from 3-4 business days.
Order Changes / Cancellations
All orders are custom cut to order and production normally begins one business day after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after one business day from your order date.
Out of Stock Items
Stock levels are not guaranteed. Majority of our products are manufactured once an order is placed and this could take 1-3 business days til your items are ready to ship. We can not guarantee the same dye of a particular color. It is your responsibility to make sure the current dye is the same as any previous order. You can purchase swatches of current colors prior to placing an order. In the case that your purchased item is unavailable for any reason, you'll be refunded in full and notified via email or phone call.
Due to color variances among different monitors and other electronic display devices, the colors as they appear on your screen may not match the actual colors. For true color comparison please order a sample swatch before you actually place your order.
Closeout Items, Fabric Purchases & Color Charts
All sales are final on the closeout items, fabric yardage orders, color charts & swatches. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We ship to customers within the lower 48 states via UPS or FedEx Ground at no charge. Pipes over 94" in height or greater are charged a flat $75 oversize freight fee per box in order. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Select FREE SHIPPING during checkout to select your shipping method.
All items shipped FREE will pay a handling fee of $5. In the event your order does not qualify for Free Shipping because of rush service, we will contact you with an adjustment total for your approval before processing your order. If you have any questions about our Free Shipping policies, please call us.
We charge a $5.00 handling fee per box which helps offset our order review and processing costs. The handling fee is non-refundable.
Free Shipping Method
Free shipping orders are not priority orders, customers take advantage because they allow extended time for delivery.
Ships within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-5 business days. Total duration 4-8 Business Days. West Coast customers will receive order sooner than customers in the East Coast.
FedEx Express Saver
Ships within 1-3 business days and delivery time is 3 business days. Total duration of 4-6 Business Days.
Ships within 1-3 business days and delivery time is 2 business days. Total duration of 3-5 Business Days.
FedEx Standard & Priority Overnight
Ships within 1-3 business days and delivery time is 1 business days. Total duration of 2-4 Business Days.
If you need to expedite your order, please contact our office to make sure fabric stock and availability.
Swatches are usually shipped via First Class Mail which can take up to 4-7 Business Days. Please expedite if time is sensitive.
We are proud to say we have a heavy international shipping volume, which we honor our shipping discounts to you. We offer 70% discount on international orders.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska Shipping
We usually ship via 2Day express for cheaper rates. Priority is usually next day service to most areas.

Our products are made to the highest quality standards, most right here in our Los Angeles, CA factory, and we'll do whatever we can to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our fabric, workmanship and turnaround time - if any of these don't meet your expectation, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
- If the merchandise received was ordered correctly and you no longer need it, it cannot be returned.
- Any Changes to size, color or quantity is not allowed after order is confirmed.
- All sales are final on all orders. No Exceptions!
- All exchanges or returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All claims for credit, shortages, dissatisfaction and/or damages must be placed within 5 days within receipt of merchandise.
- Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the event that Urquid Linen shipped you the wrong items.
- Customers receiving free shipping will be charged the exact shipping charge for the shipping if the order is returned for a refund of the original purchase price.
- Refunds will only be made to the original payment method within 7-10 days of our receipt of the return.
- Non Defective merchandise returned must be sent back in the original packaging and unused.
- Shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or merchandise is defective.
We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damages caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise.
Repairs & Defects
Urquid Linen covers only the manufacturing of linen made by Urquid Inc. This does not warrant a guarantee of the fabric, but rather the tailoring of final product. Warrants to the original purchaser that the qualifying product tailoring will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during that period, this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, simply contact Urquid Inc. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, normal wear and tear, fabric imperfections, washing, ironing and exposure to the elements are not covered the responsibility of Urquid Inc. All shipping costs to send and receive the product for repairs will be the purchasers responsibly and not of Urquid Inc.
Urquid Linen recommends dry cleaning as the preferred method to wash and care for your linens. If you choose to wash your goods yourself, please make sure that you test your goods prior to washing/drying/steaming or any other maintenance process that is performed. Urquid Linen is not responsible for products damaged through any maintenance or cleaning process. Clients are advised to thoroughly test the material they are purchasing to avoid possible damage during cleaning and maintenance. Please keep in mind that each fabric is unique and can require it's own unique instructions for the best wash possible.
