Can I place a rush order?

We generally try to accommodate most rush orders as long as time allows. In order to upgrade production speeds for same-week delivery, it must be approved by our sales office.

Here is some pointers for rush orders:

  • Place your order online to get into the queue
  • Mention your event date in the order comments
  • Make sure to choose an expedited shipping option (consider production time + ship from location is California)
  • After you place your order, reply to the order confirmation right away asking for someone to call you to confirm the order will be delivered on time.

Our team will promptly reach out during business hours to confirm all details and ensure timely delivery.

Swatches & Samples

We encourage all our customers to buy samples before commiting to a large order.

  • Buy A Swatch (most affordable) This is the most popular method to see and feel the fabric. It may not provide a large visual, but it will allow you to experience the actual product. Click "BUY A SWATCH" icon on the linen product page.
  • Buy Fabric (fastest ship) This is an excellent way to showcase a large piece of fabric on your table before committing to an actual order. It is the most recommended method because fabric orders can be shipped right away, without the need to wait for production time. Usually ships within 1-2 days.

We want to make sure you are completely happy with your linen purchase so please make a small investment on a sample before making a large purchase.

If you're in a hurry for a sample, purchase fabric by the yard, this is the quickest ship.

When will my order be delivered?

To find out the estimated delivery time for your order, we recommend checking the shipping method option on the checkout page.

It will calculate the production time + shipping transit days based off your location.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse.

Upon checkout, you will be able to see the estimated delivery time for your order depending on the shipping method you choose. This information will be displayed in the final checkout stage after shopping cart.

What's my order status?

To determine the status of your order, we recommend replying to the order confirmation email and requesting your order status.

In most cases, checking the progress of your order can take some effort and time. Hence, we kindly request you to contact us via email for this particular query instead of calling.

Can I pickup my order?

During the checkout process, choose the pickup option and we will send you an email specifying the date and time of pickup.

If the products you purchased require production (made to order items), please note that it typically takes 3-4 days for production. If you need them sooner, feel free to reach out to us and we can make arrangements for faster production (additional charges may apply).

Do you price match?

We are happy to offer price matching on products that have the same exact specifications sold by any USA based company. Simply reach out to us with your inquiry and our sales representatives will be more than happy to assist you. Do you ship internationally?

Urquid Linen offers significantly discounted rates on international air express shipments. If you are looking to purchase in bulk, please contact us, and we can request sea freight or spot quotes to obtain better shipping costs.

You can also arrange for a freight forwarder to pick up from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation is not possible for orders that require production and are made to order.

To avoid order cancellations, consider buying a swatch or a few yards of fabric to physically inspect and assess the product's quality and color prior to placing your order. This will help ensure your satisfaction with the product.

In the case you want to cancel an in-stock item, there is no production involved, so they can be cancelled prior to shipping. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible and restocking fees will be incurred. Please remember that orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

Can I pickup pipe & drape same day?

Pipe hardware items are generally ready for pickup within 2 business days after placing your order. However, if you need same-day pickup, please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

What size linen should I buy?

To find the appropriate size for your table linens, follow these instructions.

If you have a rectangular or square table, multiply your desired drop length by two and add that number to both the length and width of the tabletop.

For round or oval tables, multiply your desired drop by two and add that number to the diameter of the table.

On our website, we offer sizes that cater to standard tables. In case you cannot find a size that aligns with your desired table measurement, it indicates that you require a custom size. Feel free to get in touch with us for a personalized quote.

What are seams?
  • What are seams? In order to make many different tablecloth sizes, you need to seam/sew pieces of fabric together to create the desired size (similar to clothing).
  • How do you determine where seams are placed? Depending on the width of the particular fabric and the specific size of the linen, seams can be placed in various areas. We will always place seams in the least visible areas to ensure you get as nice of a look as possible on your tablecloths.
  • Can you avoid seams? In most cases, you cannot avoid having a seam on your tablecloths. For example, most fabrics are approximately 60” wide and if your linen exceeds that size in any direction, you must seam pieces of fabric together to achieve the desired size.
  • Do all fabrics have the same seam placement? No. Fabrics widths can vary per collection however, there are (2) general groups that most will fall under. Standard Width (approx 50”-60” wide), or Double Width (approx 110”-120” wide).

Can I order less then the minimum?

To make sure we can keep our costs low and offer you the best prices, we have set a minimum order requirement per item. This helps us reduce our expenses and pass the savings on to you. By optimizing our operations, we aim to provide you with the best value for your money. See below the minimum order quantity per collection.

What are rounded corners?

Rounded corners are OPTIONAL and available for all rectangular tablecloth sizes only.

You can choose to upgrade to rounded corners for an additional $8.00 per table cloth you purchase. See image below for more information.
