The product must be a true like for like match with the same specifications, including the same:

If the items are equivalent, we will match the qualifying product price.

What We Need

To request a price match, please provide an official invoice or written quote from a U.S. based supplier showing the product details and pricing.

The invoice or quote must clearly show enough information for us to confirm that the competing item has the same specifications as the product being purchased from us.

Once verified, our team can prepare a matching quote for you.

Shipping Is Not Included

Our Price Match Guarantee applies to the product price only.

Shipping charges are excluded because freight costs can vary significantly depending on the supplier location, customer location, shipment size, delivery method, and other factors.

For example, a customer may be located close to another supplier while our order may need to ship across the country. Because of these differences, we are unable to guarantee matching shipping or freight charges.
